The 36 Chambers

There are 3,636 owls in the HooTang Clan. On launch day, 36 of them (1%) are trapped inside a chamber. None are 1/1s, but they all offer benefits to their holder.

What Is a Chamber?

A chamber is one of four hidden tiers within the HooTang Clan. 36 owls have been assigned a chamber, split across four levels:

  1. 3NFTs

    First Chamber

    Just three owls sit at the very top. This chamber will yield the greatest rewards.

    The equivalent of holding 156 HooTang NFTs.

  2. 6NFTs

    Second Chamber

    Six owls sit just below the top. Close enough to know something. Not close enough to know everything.

    The equivalent of holding 59 HooTang NFTs.

  3. 9NFTs

    Third Chamber

    Nine owls make up the middle. They watch. They listen. They know things.

    The equivalent of holding 25 HooTang NFTs.

  4. 18NFTs

    Fourth Chamber

    Eighteen owls make up the largest chamber. Half of all chambered owls start here. Nobody said the conspiracy was well organised.

    The equivalent of holding 10 HooTang NFTs.

And the Other 3,600?

They aren’t chambered. They aren’t lesser. They’re the rest of the Clan.

They hold the branches, guard the hollows, collect the breadcrumbs and occasionally stand around holding a piece of sandwich board with something written on it.

Every owl has a part to play.
